Ever fancied cooking like an Iron Age inhabitant of a crannog did 2000 years ago?
What would be better than doing so and learning which ingredients, utensils, techniques and flavours were available at the time IN the Crannog Centre?!
Using replica items and ancient foodstuffs, join us to cook a very celtic meal over the fire. Breads, cakes, butter freshly made and more will complete the meal we will share ... or that you can take home.
A real immersive experience to understand more about the life of our distant ancestors and share tips and rcipes to recreate at home or around the campfire!
10 participants maximum. Lunch cooked during the course (and snacks). Refreshments provided during the day.
